Siege to Host Final Tryout

The Nebraska Siege Professional Indoor Football Team will be holding their final tryout for the upcoming inaugural season. This is the last opportunity for aspiring athletes to showcase their skills in front of the Nebraska Siege coaching staff prior to their training camp, scheduled to begin May 14, 2026 in Grand Island, NE.

This final tryout will take place at:
THE 4H/FFA Field House at Fonner Park
525 East Fonner Park Rd, Grand Island, NE

Check-In: 11:30 AM
Tryout Begins: 12:00 PM

This final evaluation event will bring together aspiring professional athletes from across the region to
compete in a high-intensity Pro Day-style workout, led by the Nebraska Siege coaching staff.
ParLcipants will be evaluated through a series of drills, including:
• Speed and agility tesLng (40-yard dash, shuPle drills)
• Explosiveness tesLng (verLcal and broad jump)
• PosiLon-specific drills
• CompeLLve one-on-one matchups
The coaching staff will use this tryout to identify final candidates for training camp invitations and
roster selection ahead of the upcoming inaugural season. The siege will use this opportunity to sign
local athletes.

said Head Coach Dominic Bramante. “We’re looking for compeLtors—players who bring intensity,
discipline, and a passion for the game. This is where a professional football opportunity will be earned.”
